We're currently offering a limited re-release of the the 2001 Wahle Vineyard Pinot Noir. Follows are the original Winemaker's Notes from November, 2003:

The old vines (planted in 1974) at this fine Yamhill-Carlton District vineyard delivered the goods once again in 2001!  This wine shows classic herbal/floral aromas (lavender and rose petal) with plenty of ripe blue/black fruit (especially blueberry). With a bit more tannin and structure than recent vintages, it is a good candidate for 3-5 years in the cellar. 300 cases produced.

Here is a rare opportunity to taste a Yamhill-Carlton Pinot Noir made from 25 year old vines at it's peak of maturity!
